Dennis Charles MA Ed. has over 20 years experience in coaching. He is the Owner and Founder of Youth Success Coaching™, a company that offers individual Professional Life coaching for teenagers, parents and families. What makes Dennis’s work unique is that he starts from a positive bias and builds upon what is already working for clients. He uses the Soma-Semantics™ technique developed by Dr. Joseph Riggio of New Jersey, and he is one of the few people in the world who is a licensed facilitator of this work. Dennis has a Masters Degree in Education, a Master Practitioner’s Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a member of the American Counseling Association. Insatiably curious since birth,
Mark focused much of his attention on understanding the mystery of the human
condition. Philosophy, meditation and religion, and the study of
how the brain works, the body-mind , all play a part in what has become a
lifetime passion, what he calls "diligent observation of the world unfolding."
In the early 1980’s an opportunity came available for Mark to study hypnosis with Virgil Hayes, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Hayes was one of the first to be trained by the hypnosis powerhouse Gil Boyne. Mark achieved an Advanced Certification in hypnosis. Classical hypnosis became the foundation for the work Mark has been doing through the years. Involved in management, and in later years, luxury sales, Mark noticed a pattern among executives, managers, and salespeople. “These people experience immense frustration in the business world,” he said, “they are buffeted relentlessly by cycles, and pressures within the system, and have no buoy to swim to, when things get tough. People cling to behaviors which no longer work, and lose the sense of who they are in the process. Struggling to support a lifestyle, instead of asking some very fundamental questions, "What do I want", and "How do I know when I have it?” Mark works with clients to show them that the system does not provide a way to be true to oneself and function successfully. He teaches clients how to uncover how they are when all the pretenses and distorted descriptions of who they are fall away, and create a life worth living. It was Mark’s encounter with Dr. Joseph Riggio, the Designer of the Mythoself™ Model, a system that stands on the shoulders of NLP, and the Generative Imprint Model perfected by the late Roye Fraser, that set things in motion. “It became clear to me that this powerful model was the unifying piece for me. I now knew I could assist individuals, and groups to redefine, and achieve outcomes, effectively, and with total integrity.” Mark Schwimmer is now practicing his work in association with the New York Awareness Center , founded by Ms. Morrin Bass on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Mark Schwimmer is a National Guild of Hypnotists Certified Consulting Hypnotist, and Certified Instructor of Hypnosis, Master Practitioner of NLP, Society of NLP, and an Associate Facilitator of the MythoSelf(tm) Model,a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as utilizing a coaching model called Exquisite Performance™ Coaching (also designed by Dr. Joseph Riggio). Mark is a co-founder of the Hypnotic Alliance. His clientele includes individuals, families, medical professionals, therapists, and groups.
